Senior Management team to lead firm specializing in innovative deposit products for banks

ATLANTA, October 12, 2007 – Institutional Deposits Corp., which provides community banks with an innovative and efficient way to gain reliable access to money market funds from large investors, announced that financial industry veterans Kimberly Weeks, Barbara Hinkle and Bruce Hinkle have joined the company. In their new positions, Kimberly Weeks will serve as President and will responsible for the company vision and growth. Barbara Hinkle will serve as Vice President, Client Services and will focus on
delivering premium service to IDC customers. Bruce E. Hinkle, will serve as Executive Vice President, Sales and will focus on new business development and guide the company through its next stage of product growth. Their office will be located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kimberly brings over twenty one years experience in the banking industry and was previously President of a financial services company. Kim’s career also includes Wachovia Bank, Treasury Services Division, large corporate market and Bank of America, serving as Vice President, Purchase Card Division. Kim is a nationally recognized industry speaker, she has presented to community bankers at multiple national and state banking association events. She was also featured in the Sheshunoff Information Services professional video series, The Bank Director’s Report.

Bruce Hinkle has over sixteen years of experience working with community bankers on wholesale funding solutions. He has personally consulted with over 700 banks, thrifts and credit unions on such topics as tactical use of wholesale deposits, evaluating marginal cost of local specials and increasing profitability by diversified investing strategies. He has been a featured speaker at the ICBA and FMS National Conferences, Wells Fargo Executive Conference and numerous state conferences.

Barbara Hinkle brings twenty four years experience in the client services, she served thirteen years with a financial service company consulting with hundreds of community banks across the U.S. She is the recipient of multiple awards for sales excellence and providing outstanding client support. Barbara also spent eleven years as the National Referral Coordinator for a major real estate firm, in Atlanta, Prudential Georgia Realty.
